Background
Declan is Yvonne's boyfriend. When Shaun is leading his group of survivors to The Winchester, they bump into Yvonne's group. He is seen when Yvonne and her group bump into Shaun and his group. After being introduced to everyone in Shaun's group, they part ways and he is not seen again.
