M. Reaper is the mother of James Reaper. She lives in the country, working as a farmer. When the Neighbourhood Watch Alliance is revealed to be a murderous cult and Danny Butterman "kills" Nicholas Angel, Nicholas returns to Sandford through the country. The first N.W.A. member Nicholas sees is James Reaper, out for a stroll. When James sees Nicholas and reaches for his radio, Nicholas crashes his car into James', breaking the radio. Without the ability to inform the N.W.A., James calls for his mother, who shoots at Nicholas with a double-barrelled shotgun. After knocking out James, Nicholas charges Mrs. Reaper, jump-kicking her in the face. Both James and his mother are tied to a post while Nicholas proceeds into town, taking one of their white stallions.

- Although she fights on the N.W.A.'s side during the fighting, she most likely isn't a member. She was probably just defending her son.
- After she is tied up, it is seen that she has a broken nose.
- Mrs. Reaper's scene is foreshadowed by an earlier conversation in the film between Angel and Sandford's Detective-Sergeants:
- DS Andy Wainwright: You do know there are more guns in the country than there are in the city.
- DS Andy Cartwright: Everyone and their mums is packin' round here!
